Proficiency vs Brutality

I've rolled a new Healer for FH purposes, and I'm wondering - what kind of Brutality figures are we able to get endgame?

I have a feeling that it could be our number one efficiency stat.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I read your post yesterday and just thought I should experiment while leveling and it does make a difference. Although, I think there should be a healthy mix between the two and not just stack one.
